Our Design and Build Process

Decide whether the canopy will be mounted to a tub or tray. If you’d like to switch out your tub, we can arrange a genuine tray install for you at the same time as your canopy installation.

We’ll send you a measuring list, you send it back with the dimensions, or if your local and you prefer, you can drop in and we’ll measure up for you. 

Decide on canopy type, powder coating colour, & fly screens.

We build your canopy in our Hunter Valley workshop. We construct the metal frame and sew the canvas in-house to ensure the highest quality canopy.

Your choice – Full service, or you install. Time to pay the balance and get the goods. If you want us to install, you head to the Hunter Valley for the day. We’ll ensure your canopy is installed within the day.

Thanks to our years of experience, we've created patterns for the most common ute types and trays, meaning we can create your custom canopy without having to keep your ute for extended periods of time. *The pre-make and freight service is only available for common makes, models and genuine tray types.

Our setups give you the flexibility of sleeping in your canopy, towing a quality camper trailer, or you can even install a roof top tent above one of our sturdy hardtop canopies. The great thing about roof top tents is that there’s not a whole lot of additional weight to tow, and you don’t need to find a long spot to park. They’re incredibly quick to setup and they keep you up of the ground. They’re particularly handy if you want to avoid crocs, wild dogs, nosy wombats and the mud.  Unlike most canopies, ours are structurally sound and come standard with roof racks, making the addition of a roof top tent EASY!

Our hardtop canopies make a great platform to house our solar panels.  Mounting the roofracks to sit higher than the solar panel ensures you can still carry loads, or the solar panels can be charging when you stop and unpack.
